Location scouting: Victory Iron Works

UPDATE 5/3/2012: It seems, due to liability concerns, I will not be able to shoot at this location after all.  Shame.  Anyway…

On an unseasonably warm early winter Saturday recently, as I rode my Harley Sportster not far from home, I happened across what seemed like an abandoned steel workshop.  When I returned to scout the location on a weekday  for a possible photo shoot with my bag designs, I discovered that the shop in fact was in operation.  I met with Marty and the shop foreman Mike, who were incredibly nice guys.  Inside and out, it was exactly the kind of place I could envision using as a background for the shoot.
